Lesley-Ann Brandt was born Cape Town, South Africa on 2 December 1981. She is a model and actress who is well-known for her roles in television as well as film. After beginning her acting career through her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut was with her first role as Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous TV series during the past 10 years. These include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt plays Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa. Her move to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. Her career began as model in print as well as commercial ads. Before becoming a famous model, Brandt worked as a retail salesperson and as a consultant in recruitment in the field of information technology. She played Leilani who was a native of New Zealand in the comedy Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her first appearance was in Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She played Naevia who was a slave in that show. The character of Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter on Netflix's popular series Lucifer. This is her largest role to date. She co-stars in the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
